The Transition Team has been working to combine all of the feedback from the cottage meetings along with putting the finishing touches on our Ministry Site Profile that will be used by the Synod and prospective candidates to better understand our congregation and community. At worship on August 27 and 28 we will be distributing a high-level summary of the cottage meeting feedback along with a list of the various ministries that are taking place at First, as well as a brief history of the congregation. We will be finalizing and presenting the Site Profile to the congregational Council during the month of September and a profile summary will be presented to the congregation soon thereafter. Once the Council approves the profile, we will forward it to the Synod and the Council will form a Call Committee to begin the official selection and Call process.
