The Area Substance Abuse Council and Jackson County Prevention Coalition are starting a new county youth group to make a difference and get involved in alcohol and drug abuse issues in our area.  An information meeting is Tuesday, July 26th, at 5:00 p.m., at the Maquoketa Library.
