The Wellness Team at First will again be hosting Tai Chi classes beginning April 9. Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art technique. If practiced regularly, Tai Chi is considered beneficial to cardiovascular health as well as balance and flexibility. Classes will be held at the church, weekly for 6 weeks on Monday evening and Thursday afternoon. There is no charge for the class, however donations are accepted. Those interested should contact the church office via this website or by phone at 652-6777 to sign up.
